Siddhi Vinayak Consulting was created in India in 2015 to provide start-ups and institutions with an online equity fundraising platform.

Siddhi Vinayak Consulting delivers value to its portfolio companies throughout their lifespan by assisting them in raising financing, offering mentorship, recruiting industry advisors, managing follow-on rounds, and identifying expansion opportunities.
Private equity, corporate valuations, and debt management are some of our specialties. We support projects with a budget of Rs. 1 crore and invite applicants from all around India.

Our team of specialists has a lot of experience finding great entrepreneurs and management teams for expanding companies. Companies with a clear and constructive company strategy, significant competitive potential, and a market position that can be defended are the ones we’re searching for.
